For Ariel's second birthday, "we" decided to attempt a friend toddler party this year. The theme was Elmo meets The Balloon Tree; the first being Ariel's favourite character and the latter one of her favourite books. The afternoon event went surprisingly well! No squabbles, fuss and barely any mess. I think we hosted some of the most well-behaved toddlers I have ever seen, if I dare say so myself. Ariel was overjoyed and a good time was had by all!
After the afternoon event, my brother the photographer (check out his website: http://www.bradmcfarlane.ca ), his family and my parents came over for dinner to celebrate. Let the photo slideshow begin:
